Rules

Shout Out! is simple:

Post a Shout. Pay for placement. Higher total payments rank higher.

By submitting a Shout or making a payment, you agree to these Rules and our Terms of Service.

1. Ranking

Each Shout has a Total Paid Amount.

Higher totals rank higher. Payments start at $3 and increase in $1 increments.

Anyone may add more money to an existing Shout. Successful additional payments are added to its total.

If two Shouts have the same total, the Shout that reached that amount first ranks higher.

Refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or charged-back payments do not count.

Rankings can change at any time.

2. What You Can Post

You may post lawful content, including opinions, announcements, jokes, criticism, promotions, celebrations, and public mentions.

You are responsible for what you post.

3. What You Can't Post

Do not post:

• illegal content;
• pornography or sexual exploitation;
• credible threats or serious violent abuse;
• hate-based attacks;
• targeted harassment or stalking;
• private or sensitive information without permission;
• scams, phishing, malware, or fraud;
• deceptive impersonation;
• content that infringes another person's rights;
• malicious or illegal links.

We may also restrict content that creates serious legal, safety, fraud, abuse, or payment-provider risk.

4. X Mentions

You may mention public X accounts using @username.

A mention may link to the corresponding public X profile.

A mention does not mean that the account owner wrote, approved, endorsed, sponsored, or is affiliated with the Shout.

Do not use mentions to impersonate or mislead.

5. Moderation

Shouts may be reviewed automatically, including by third-party AI moderation services.

We may reject or remove content that violates these Rules, our Terms, applicable law, or payment-provider requirements.

Paying for a Shout does not give you the right to keep prohibited content published.

6. No Endorsement

A high ranking only means that a Shout has a higher qualifying payment total.

It does not mean that Shout Out! verifies, agrees with, recommends, or endorses the content.
